History

River Home Photography was born from the encouragement of many friends to produce a quality portfolio. Over the last several months of 2005, I was contacted numerous times by friends and family soliciting my photographic services.

I have been shooting regularly since the early '90s after my father let me use his old Nikon during a trip to Big Bend National Park. I was hooked. Throughout college, and now into adulthood, I continue to be blessed with opportunities to share and capture special moments with friends, family, and strangers (who become friends!). The recent solicitations and encouragement have inspired me to set up this portfolio so those interested in the future will have a quick and easy way to view my work.

The words "River Home" come from a loose translation of my last name.
